Terms of Use

Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the conditions and procedures for using all web services and supplementary services provided by Keyword Tracker (hereinafter "Company" or "Service"), as well as the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and the users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to Keyword Tracker, a keyword-based article collection and monitoring tool provided by the Company.
- "Member" refers to a person who agrees to these Terms, registers for the Service, and uses the services provided by the Company.
- "Account" refers to the Google account (email, etc.) provided by the Member for identification and service use.
- "Content" refers to all information such as articles, texts, photos, links, etc. collected and exposed within the Service.
Article 3 (Specification and Revision of Terms)
- The Company posts the contents of these Terms on the initial screen of the Service or a linked screen so that Members can easily access it.
- The Company may revise these Terms within the scope of not violating related laws such as the "Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions" and the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection".
- If the Company revises the Terms, the effective date and reasons for revision will be specified and announced on the initial screen of the Service from 7 days before the effective date to the day before the effective date, along with the current Terms.
Chapter 2 Member Registration and Account Management
Article 4 (Member Registration and Establishment of Contract)
- The terms of use contract is established when a Member logs in (registers) for the first time via Google SSO (Single Sign-On), which is deemed as agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- In principle, the Company approves the use of the Service for the Member's registration application. However, in the event of abnormal access or using another person's name, approval may be withheld or canceled.
Article 5 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership)
- Members can apply for termination of the user contract (withdrawal) at any time through the settings in the Service or by email request, and the Company will process this immediately in accordance with related laws.
- If a Member falls under any of the following reasons, the Company may restrict or suspend membership without prior notice.
- Infringing on the rights of others (copyrights, etc.) or violating related laws
- Intentionally disrupting the normal operation of the Service
Chapter 3 Provision and Use of Service
Article 6 (Contents of Service)
The Company provides the following services to Members.
- Automatic collection of internet articles and posts based on user-designated keywords
- Viewing and categorizing (sectioning) features for collected data
- Any other services the Company develops further or provides to Members through partnerships
Article 7 (Modification and Suspension of Service)
The Company may modify or suspend all or part of the services being provided if there are substantial reasons due to operational or technical needs, and will notify in advance in this case.
Article 8 (Member Obligations and Copyright Responsibility)
- Members must comply with related laws, the provisions of these Terms, usage guidelines, and precautions announced in relation to the Service.
- [Important] The copyright of all articles and contents automatically collected through the Service belongs to the original author and the data source (media, community, etc.).
- Members must use this Service only for personal monitoring purposes, and must not engage in secondary processing or commercial distribution of the collected data without the original author's consent (including selling raw crawled data). All civil and criminal legal responsibilities arising from violating this lie entirely with the Member.
Chapter 4 Miscellaneous
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is exempt from responsibility for providing the Service if it cannot be provided due to natural disasters, server failures, or corresponding force majeure.
- The Company is not responsible for any loss of expected profit by the Member using the Service, and does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the data collected through the Service.
- The Service simply collects and displays data for the convenience of the Member, and has no obligation to inspect the contents of each article or whether it infringes copyright in advance.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution and Competent Court)
Any disputes arising between the Company and the Member in connection with the use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and in the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be determined by the Civil Procedure Act.
